On May 6, we participated in the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Forum held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where we officially announced the upcoming Africa Kids Summit, scheduled for this fall as part of the Hikari Project.

The forum brought together pioneering global initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and our project was recognized as a powerful example of how technology can connect children around the world and empower them to become agents of social change.
We also engaged in meaningful networking with UN officials, further strengthening momentum for the project’s future international expansion.
